Ausglass (The Australian Association of Glass Artists Ltd) is a non-profit* company limited by guarantee. It is a membership organisation that was established by artists, and is run by artists for artists. It has a national Board of Directors, who meet periodically face to face and via telephone link to conduct the affairs of the association. The annual general meeting is held each January.

  • Applicants are requested to indicate the major area of glasswork in which they are interested and to indicate whether they give Ausglass permission to publish/promote their name.
  • Occasionally Ausglass receives requests for information about members. Ausglass endeavours to ascertain that such requests for information are in the best interests of the members.
  • A letter or welcome is sent out to new members and a statement or invoice will be sent when membership fees fall due.
Membership of Ausglass does not imply any endorsement of ability, skill or quality of the member/member's work, or activities, by the Association; and membership may not be used as a promotional aid by individual members.
