Anne Sorensen
Anne has been a practicing glass artist for twenty years. The last six years has seen her shift focus to concentrate on studio glass. Her work is usually personal, and reflects a desire to control chaos in our daily lives and achieve a sense of balance and calm. The highly structured nature of her work illustrates the discipline she feels necessary to achieve this. As the work develops Anne hopes to express optimism, which is fundamental to her nature, and a sense of calm.
