Ausglass (The Australian Association of Glass Artists Ltd) is a non-profit* company limited by guarantee.  It is a membership organisation that was established by artists, and is run by artists for artists.  It has a national Board of Directors, who meet periodically face to face and via conference call to conduct the affairs of the association.  An annual general meeting is held in the first quarter of each calendar year.

* Non-profit does not mean it does not make a surplus - rather it means that surpluses are used by the association for the advancement of the glass art community, not members or individuals.
